That team includes you – the buyer and many of our Dalron staff, from the construction supervisor, to the framers, to our receptionist that greets you at our doors. Every effort is put into assisting our home buyers through the process of building their dream home and to making the experience worry-free.
From the time you first meet with a Dalron sales agent, we work closely with you to establish which features you would like in your new home. Once that is determined, we can assist you in choosing the model that best meets your needs. Likewise, if you already have a Dalron home in mind, we can work with you to individualize your home to reflect your lifestyle.
After you choose your home plan and have made other selections or decisions regarding your new home, a Dalron representative will sit with you to develop a contract whereby any and all changes to the home plan are addressed and put in writing. The benefit of this contract is to remove the element of surprise for both the home buyer and the builder.
As soon as your contract is finalized, you will have a specific contact available to you to answer any and all questions you may have concerning the construction of your home. Once construction has begun, updates will be provided on a regular basis to keep you apprised of the progress. After your new home is completed, and prior to your taking possession, a member of our Dalron team will escort you on a tour of your new home. At that time, they will tell you about your home warranties, how they work, what is to be expected in the first year after construction and so much more.
