Dalron Corporate
  Welcome to Dalron Construction

past, present and future

Dalron’s offices can be found at 130 Elm Street, an historical building in Sudbury’s downtown. At Dalron, we have a strong commitment to the revitalization of the city’s downtown. As a result, we have acquired 6 additional properties in this area, increasing our holdings to 12 properties in the downtown core. Redevelopment is complete at Red Oak Villa, formerly Carrefour Francophone, now an apartment style seniors’ residence in the heart of Sudbury. Other projects include renovations to Days Inn, 93 Cedar, the Capital Building and 93 Durham Street.

Autumnwood Lifestyles Inc.

Our seniors’ residence division at Dalron, Autumnwood Lifestyles Inc. continues to expand in this dynamic sector. Red Oak Villa is ready for occupancy, while Barrie Retirement Residence and Marina Point in North Bay are well on their way to being completed. In addition, further expansion to Breezes Retirement Residence is planned for the near future to meet demand.

Residential Expansion

Dalron is pleased to further our commitment to New Home Construction in the Greater City of Sudbury through the development of the following new communities:

Sugarbush Phase II: located in Lively, off Neimi Road, Sugarbush has now entered Phase II of development.

Foxborough at Harrington: located in Garson, this new subdivision is well underway.

Saddle Creek: located off Highway 69 North in Valley East, Saddle Creek is quickly becoming popular.

Twin Lakes: to be located on Bethel Lake’s south shore, this community promises to be a desired location.

We are also exploring development at McCharles Lake, Richard Lake and Nickeldale, making the coming year at Dalron one of our busiest on record.
